Step 2: We make every effort to respond to your inquiry during the same business day, but ALWAYS within 24 hours. Our Franchise Development Director will begin the initial qualification process with you to help determine if there is an initial match. Once qualified, we are happy to answer any more of your immediate questions and explain the Franchise Screening and Discovery Process in more detail.
Step 3: Complete the Redwood franchise confidential application. Upon receipt, we will contact you to begin the Franchise Screening and Discovery Process. Together, we will review your background, market availability, timing, financial qualifications, as well as Redwood operations.
We will spend time getting to know each other. We want to know who you are, what makes you successful and what you are looking to accomplish. We will share with you who we are and what we are looking for.
Step 4: If we find that our goals coincide, we will forward you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). It is required that you take a minimum of 14 days to review this document prior to making any decisions.
Step 5: Once you have reviewed our FDD and we have had an opportunity to discuss them, your file will be reviewed by Redwood Healthcare Staffing management and, if acceptable, an executive phone call interview will be scheduled between you and the principals of Redwood’s management team.
Step 6: Your financial and background information will be checked at this time to verify that you have the ability to open a Redwood Staffing franchise.
Step 7: If you pass the interview and background checks, you will be invited to one of Redwood’s Discovery Days, where you will come out and meet us first hand. It is at Discovery Day, that management determines if we would like to extend an invitation to join the Redwood family.
Step 8: CONGRATULATIONS! You made it. You’ve been awarded a Redwood Healthcare Staffing franchise in your area!!
